How Does EBNet Help With Disaster Relief?

Following earthquakes in populated areas, there is an immediate need for a lot of safe housing, using only what is at hand. EBnet is uniquely suited to advising on-the-ground aid workers, as we are doing at present (Spring, 2010) in Haiti and Pakistan.

 

 

Earthquakes invariably cause huge damage to the traditional earthen structures that a billion people worldwide call home. EBNet has now published, and promulgates a simple building standard by which these people can build anew with much greater safety.
